Q: What is the process to get a quote or make a booking??

A: Contact our office either by email or use the booking form available on our website to make an initial enquiry with us, please be as specific as you can with the information you provide, as the price and vehicle allocation will depend on the information given. We will email you back with an indicative price in around 24 to 48 hours. Should you wish to accept our price as well as our terms and conditions you will be issued an invoice to be paid in full.

Q: Can I book?... but I haven't collected the money from all my friends yet?

A: Once the invoice is issued you can choose to pay a booking fee that secures the vehicle and driver on the date specified. The booking fee is non refundable, and is $500 or 50% of the cost of the charter, whichever is higher. You would be required to pay the balance 14 days in advance of hiring.

Q: How far in advance do you require payment?

A: We require payment in full 14 days in advance of your hiring/charter. This allows us to plan our vehicle maintenance program, and driver rosters.

Q: You have issued me an invoice, how can I pay?

A: We accept direct deposit (details on the invoice) no less than 14 days in advance of hiring, and may accept credit card payment no less than 7 days in advance of hiring.

Q: Will you supply our charter group with morning tea??

A: Yes we can, if it is pre-arranged and booked with us in advance.

Q: Can we bring alcohol on your vehicle/s?

A: No. Food and Drinks / Alcohol aren't permitted on our touring coaches

Q: What size are your vehicles??

A: Our vehicles are upto 48 seat capacity, we find this gives optimimum leg room for every passenger whilst allowing us to have manouverable length coaches that don't restrict access to places you the customer would like to go!! ..We specialise in groups of over 24 people, remember 24 people on 48 seats gives everyone a double seat each, great for extended journeys!!
